Peripheral Arterial disease (PAD)

This is a condition of narrowing of the blood vessels. It can cause symptoms of pain on walking, pain at night or pain when not moving at all.

Mission

PAD reduces blood flow to the legs and commonly causes pain or cramping in the calves, thighs, or buttocks when walking, which eases with rest. You may also experience cold feet, numbness, slow-healing wounds, or achy and restless legs, especially at night.

At the Nottingham Vascular Clinic, we offer a full range of investigations and treatments to improve circulation and reduce symptoms of PAD.
